Below are the 2 most basic brushes you can have. You actually have them in your brushes folder now (if you have Adobe Photoshop). What are they? Just the stark round brush and the faded round brush. Right click on a brush and click on "brush options". There you'll see that you can make the brush bigger or smaller, round or oval. So, all I did was delete all the other basic brushes and I only keep those 2 and manipulate them as I need to. The picture below shows the 2 round brushes and a few examples of how you can manipulate them. The brushes below are just those 2 round brushes so you don't have to fuss with deleting and saving yourself.
