We have the girls bring a healthy snack with them and then we'll share if possible (such as bring 2 bananas or apples, 1 for your daughter and 1 to share or give to someone else who may have forgotten their snack)... An occasional bag of cookies, potato chips, pretzels are OK to bring as well. Drinks will be provided by the Leader...

Troop Meeting Outline
A rough outline of how the meeting should go but we will be flexible!
1. Sign in on attendance board So we know who came and when!
2. Leave your weekly dues in the container       We won't keep count of who brought what but it will be counted at the end of the meeting and added into our troop funds.
This will be on the honor system. You'll know if you are slighting the troop.
3. Find job on kaper chart So each girl knows what job is specific to her for that week
4. Keep quietly busy by doing some activity until activities start So you aren't bored if you came in a little early
5. Recite the Girl Scout Promise and Law
Practice our Braille letters/words
      for the week
Practice our Sign Language letters/words
      for the week
Learn a new word for the week
The more we practice the sooner we'll memorize this stuff!
6. Between 5:15 and 5:30pm we'll hopefully start our Program Activities Most activities will be geared toward earning a Try-it
Some activities build upon an activity done while earning a Try-it
7. Clean up time This will start between 6:15-6:30pm so we can prepare ourselves for our snack time
8. Snack! Yum!
9. Snack Clean-up Always leave the place cleaner than how you found it.
Everyone must join in with this!
11. Parent information time
Time for the girls to grab their supplies.
Should only last a few minutes
11. Friendship Circle, Friendship Squeeze, and good-byes Don't forget anything!
