FEUsers Permission to use an Image form
Please fill this form out to ask permission for using images found on the FEUsers site.
Please fill in all fields.
	Your First Name
	Your Last Name	Do not leave the box blank or you will get an error when you hit the submit button.
	Your Email Address	Your email address will *not* be harvested. We do need to know how to contact you.
	Your native language.	This is so we know if there may be problem with a language barrier.
	Please tell us the url of your website.
	Please explain which images you wish to use, what for, and where on your site.	Please be very clear on which image you wish to use. State the image name and the webpage you find it on.
You will receive an email when your website has been viewed and discussed amongst the Website Assistants. The author of the image you wish to use will also contacted. It will be the image authors decision as to whether the image may be used on your site. The Website Assistants will be for guidance only. This should be within a few days. Please be patient.
