The next 10 or so pictures are of a lice I removed from my daughters hair. It was in my sink. There was a piece of hair for it to crawl along. It was quite fast. Faster than I thought it would be. I compare it to the speed of an ant. However, I think it's faster than an ant of it's size. The first picture lets you know about how big the real lice was. My camera magnified the bugs. They aren't as big as they seem in these pictures (thank goodness!) By the way, one lice bug is called a louse. The word lice is plural.
